Very fun, good flow and characters! I like all the different paths, I think this is the only game I've almost maxed the achievements. I like that there is a save option at every chapter so you can just go back from there instead of replaying the entire thing. Sherlock but make it steampunk but also vampires sorta. Fun!

No gender choices in 2022 are just so disappointing. Forced to be a man because it's 1881 I guess. It's steam punk, basically science fantasy. Let me be who I want to be.

Steam punk meets French revolution

first two chapters are super slow, not as good as I was expecting based off the reviews, but worth the price

Kayo Kake

One of the better novels published by Hosted Games. I would recommend reading this.

This is one of the best titles of Hosted Games. Good story, good characters, good conflict, and good presentation of choices!

Richard Angeles

One of the best of the choice of games entries. Choices generally don't end up having disasterous results so it is more enjoyable

The story is okay, but quite limiting. At the end, your choices only matter with regards to how long the story would be and you are stuck with the same edning anyway. The only alternative is to manage to "kill yourself" early by making the wrong choice, but you have to do this on purpose, as the plot is too linear. All in all, this is a mediocre story to read and, unfortunately, not worth the money.
